Ashton Deroy ‘ Who are you voting for? The girl in the probable AI illustration asks.” You says the father.
I don’t think I truly got this kind of support from much of my family. I am sorry to say.

I don’t think repeatedly having your father & mother say to you? “You should join the army.” Is even a real conversation. I have been having non-Conversations for 7 years. Where people try to tell me how it is going to be. Until I inevitably? Turn around and start offering up ass kickings because I am at a loss for what to even do. I deserve to make a livable wage. I deserve to get there without any kind of Career Sacrifice. I don’t like working! There is nothing wrong with Working just to get to your hobbies.
I couldn’t even grieve the passing of my own Late grandmother Marylin Deroy really. We are so competitive with such meaningless values. That it all devolved into? A long term resentment. https://secular-talk.com/2026/08/21/good-riddance-to-the-opposition-generation/ My Grandmother’s death? Turned into a rant about how older people should shut the hell up.
Obviously the real problem is? You aren’t helping and you killed culture through Over Productivity well Real Wages shrank economically speaking. I am paying $500 + a month in Taxation just for the privellege to earn a salary in a Belleville. For a Government that every 3 months or so just isn’t doing enough for me. That’s why I supported an Opposition Mayor in the 2026 Belleville Election Paul Fleming. Just to air a complaint.
How it’s going to be well my family expresses hard work as a value?
Work — > Stress —> Cannibalistic Competitive Family arguement . I don’t expect my family to start supporting us properly. Now would be way too late anyways. The damage is done. I think a family that can’t be properly supportive? Should be caved in by the overly competitive nature of our Capitalist system. This is what you are arguing for? So this dysfunction is what you get in return. I am not going to ever say ‘Thank you for voting to slow my wages.” That’s not going to happen. There is not Sunset where everyone declares themselves individually responsible and happy to be a family. That will not happen! What will happen is fighting? You should let it happen. It’s about cultural reformation and it has to be done family wise.
Well I work this hard?
I don’t care about having an extended family. I truly mean this…. We aren’t interdependent. We don’t believe the same things. I have been vocal that I dislike older traditional and religious relatives. There is no room for repair. Moving forward in life? Is going to take accepting this. I hate their work values that they constantly express to me. No one is ‘Working to work so they can work to work to work.” I could kill them for even suggesting it. Then again feel nothing.
What I hope for? Again is ongoing. Family should just stay away. I am close to doing my F*** off family Christmas card again. So I can avoid? The traditions associated with this holiday. We are not enmeshed. At the rate we are going? We are not going to be.
Mom issues.
Imagine if My mom Kimberly Hill Richardson. She was a passionate involved adult in autism fundraisers! 😀 She wasn’t… She hated me and my condition. That’s why our wave off at 17 needed Police Sirens. I still don’t get why. I did what she asked. Worked a paper route, Focussed on school and Saw a counselor for sexual abuse. Even though I just wanted to be left alone. She is just not supportive, abusive and to be honest? She skipped my class trips with a hangover.
Dad issues
Imagine that I endorse a Political candidate? Dad helps me canvass. Except I did that today and I was alone. Imagine my siblings join me on a Terry Fox run! The point is? We have nothing in common. We don’t have shared values. Also yes if everyone is just a responsible individual? The family structure by it’s nature. Has to collapse. The individualistic nature of a Conservative ideal? Will be the downfall of my broader and immediate family culture. Individualistic people by their nature? Do not form lasting bonds.
