I didn’t want a relationship with Grandma Pat Deroy into advanced age. I said this to my father multiple times. I said I am gay, I am living full time this way & I don’t appreciate culture of Colonial faith. I am getting sick of not being listened to so on the Dougie’s Diner domain name today. I am putting this up. Here is a big reason why I say no to all Faith practices. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/canada-residential-schools-unmarked-graves-indigenous-children-60-minutes-2023-02-12/

  1. I am entitled to control what I expose myself to culturally – If I don’t want to see people saying grace. I expect to be afforded the permission to not attend. I do not respect this practice. In fact around a Catholic family? I am a heretic. I prinicipally oppose the practice of their faith. Not in a live & let live way. In a way where if I am talking to a theist? I will yell down the feature of their religion in the conversation.
  2. I am Gay- Not the kind that puts their family’s whiteness above all else. I am the intersectional variety. I don’t believe my family culture has actually meshed well with my personal culture. I believe to this point? It has been an abysmal failure. With my father constantly running as peacekeeper. Piss off leave me out! I don’t like faith or the stupid bastards who dare to practice. On the note of my father? I was not raised to this specific Militant anti-theism I arrived at it. He has not made it easier but I will not be opposed under friendly circumstances. I hate faith! I think it’s for the brain dead!
  3. Last point to make. it has gotten to the point where not being listened to about my absence of faith has been ignored too much. I am willing therefore to create a negative impact event that makes keeping me away from faith an absolute necessity. It’s a psychotic trigger for me + my God Complex and I am not being listened to. Maybe it’s time for demonstration. I will not feel shame. I just want my theist relatives to piss off! Leave me alone. We are too opposed for a relationship to each other.

Grandma married into a family of faith. Not as if I did. If you keep inviting me? I will become vicious. I believe in phasing out the cultural hegemony of Religion. This is a fact. Kyle doesn’t show up to family events often for these reasons as well. So stop treating us like second citizens in the family. Realize that we don’t want a presence around faith. Period that’s it and that is all. Otherwise we have to take aggressive measures to ensure. We are not even in the room with people saying Grace. I don’t care about your stupid fucking White decency you relative pieces of shit. I don’t care if my alternative is being home alone. I was raised Catholic and I hated it! Not minced words here. I was under supported, over bored and the book of the New Testament sounds fucking retarded! As do the people who read it. I have done hours of New Testament reading suggested by grandma. I hate it more now! On some level maybe she wanted to remind me?! Cause of the head injury. However I hate the logical inconsistencies in faith. I don’t think it is a beautifiul faith. I think it is on the same level of delusion as Disney + Cartooons.

The same Way Grandma hated Muslims? I hate Christians and Catholics in a lot of cases. Homophobia, anti-science and regressive social voting. These are not supposed to be people I liked as a college educated gay man. I don’t even want Christmas because it’s so hegemonic and honestly pointless.

1 time offer. Keep me away from Religion and you can have your peace. If you do not? I have to start evaluating this as a Regresive cultural infestation. I don’t want it having a presence. Atheist implies a personal held believe. Anti-Theism want a Political movement to minimize Religion. We also take measures in our families to do it. I am an anti-Theist. To hell with the Religious Freedom of my family. In the strongest tone imaginable . I condemn their faiths.

Sincerely

Ashton Deroy
